A Trip to Remember.. Al-Fatihah..
On Tuesday I traveled to Kemaman with Zairul for a meeting at the Oil Based Mud Terminal in Kemaman. While I was having the meeting, Zairul was enjoying himself at Pantai Kemasik..
However, on the way to Kuala Terengganu, we received very sad news of the death of Nadia's father, Uncle Yusop. The grief faced by Nadia and her family is unimaginable. Now Yat would need to be her pillar of strength and support her through her life.
It was truly devastating to hear her sob on the phone, wishing she could have said her last goodbyes and "I-love-yous".
So on Wednesday, after my meeting in Kuala Terengganu, on the way back to KL, we stopped by Dungun to visit.
I cant explain what is was like except a deep feeling of sadness, looking at Nadia, her mum, her brother and sister, as they wept each time they spoke of their late father.
All I can say is that he was a wonderful man, a good man, a loving father, a doting husband. It was sad that no one was with him, but he died a quick and peaceful death.
Zairul and I think that Allah has always put us in the right place at the right time to be by those in need during times of sadness, Alhamdulillah.
-Semoga Allah mencucuri roh Allahyarham dgn rahmat yg tidak terhingga, Al-Fatihah-
