We took her swimming at KGNS

Yesterday, after weeks of planning, we took Syakirah swimming for the first time.

The end result was a wonderful experience for us all but let me tell you that whenever it's a first time for anything.. the stress level is horrible.

First it was tough looking for her swimwear. Mothercare which normally had hundreds of swimsuit pieces ran out of them.
Then, it was the swimming diapers and finally her floats..

We went from Ikano to the Curve to Babyland to Arena to World of Sports to Bebehaus to Toys R Us (of which I found the diapers) to finally Jaya Jusco.. and it was here that we found her swimsuit.

Thinking that she is of the size of a 1 year old, I bought the swimsuit accordingly but to our amazement she's bigger than that.
But since swimsuits are emant to be tight we thought we'd make her wear it anyway.

She had a blast!! So did we. But come the time to change her in the dressing room.. Oh My!! she didnt want to take her swimsuit off!!

Ah well, we'll do this again next weekend... I think.. (and Mar is definitely coming along!)
